Jennifer Walters is the Chair of Project Next. She’s got the non-profit world on lockdown, managing a developing family foundation focused on alleviating poverty both locally and internationally.

Jennifer...

• works to end poverty in Philadelphia and internationally
• loves her travel (work or play), with stamps for Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, India and 15 others on her passport
• can be found catching a show at the church, drinking an IPA from Sidecar, working the Blackberry at La Colombe, or filling the basket on her trusty rusty bike in Clark Park.

Nakia Stith is the Vice Chair of Project Next. She is a metaphysical superhero who uses her powers to shift the dominant paradigm.

Len DeProspo

Len DeProspo is a member of Project Next. He is currently employed as an equity research associate by Janney Montgomery Scott, a 177 year old firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.

• is a member of Project Next’s Events Committee.
• assisted in leading his firm’s United Way fundraising campaign in 2009, and was selected to do so again in 2010.
• is also involved in working with other organizations sponsored by the United Way, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Habitat For Humanity.

Lloyd Freeman, Esq.

Lloyd Freeman is a steering committee member and the chairman of the Volunteer & Network Committee for Project Next. He is a litigation attorney at Archer & Greiner, P.C., a full service law firm with 7 offices in NJ, PA, DE and NY.

• enjoys the fine and performing arts, especially the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater
• speaks French (not quite fluently, but he's pretty good)
• is addicted to internet shopping, but gets everything delivered to his job so his wife won't find out.

Nick DeAngelo

Nick DeAngelo co-chairs Project Next’s Marketing Committee. He brings an abstract eye and big picture thinking to the group, while also doing a fantastic job of repeating his ideas often and loudly enough to have them heard.

• works in Comcast’s Community Investment department
• wears a lot of neutral sweaters
• plays the drums, both acoustic and electronic
• fails miserably at golf, but enjoys it nonetheless

Sherri Jurgens

Sherri Jurgens is a member of Project Next’s Events Committee. Give her a spreadsheet large enough and she’ll organize the world. She’s also trained whole nations on how to best prepare for emergencies, so if you ever find yourself in the middle of one and Sherri goes running by, do your best to keep up.

Tom Farrell

Tom Farrell co-chairs Project Next’s Events Committee. The group’s top negotiator, Tom has a true passion for “making a deal.” He also has deceptively large sleeves. Where else is he going to hide all of those events?

• loves to wear his "mustard" colored dress shirt, which his wife Emily hates (fortunately, he loves her too)
• continuously hones negotiating skills through daily interaction with his toughest opponent – his two-year old son, Ethan
• takes a lot of photos, earning his camera racing stripes

April Reppy is a member of Project Next’s Events and Volunteer Committees. Her preferred writing instrument is a traditional #2 pencil, she works in Vanguard's International Division, and she is currently pursuing her Global MBA at Thunderbird.

• is a global citizen, fluent in Spanish, & collaborating toward a shared mission of creating sustainable prosperity worldwide.
• spends her extra time and money on three things: food, travel, and philanthropy.
• was involved with Generation United, the Valley of the Sun United Way’s equivalent to Project NEXT, before relocating to Philadelphia.

Sarah Snyder is a member of Project Next's Events Committee. She is currently a project manager in Business Technology Operations at Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment companies.
