We want to build upon your good work! Do you have an education volunteer model in your company that you’d like to share? Volunteer Resources for Your Employees
We also want to support your employees!
By connecting your company program to United Way’s Education Volunteer Initiative, your employees will receive additional support throughout the year through best practice emails, activity ideas and connections to valuable trainings.
United Way provides year-round trainings for education volunteers. Your existing volunteers or new recruits can sign up to attend a training to improve their skills.

We encourage you to share your stories. Sharing a personal story is a natural way of connecting, and can be incredibly inspiring to others - a great tool to motivate even more individuals to become volunteer readers, tutors and mentors. Your employees surely have many inspirational stories to share, and we’d love to hear them!
