In today’s economy, resources are dwindling at an alarming rate while needs in our communities continue to rise. Strategic partnerships can maximize precious resources, streamline operations and increase effectiveness. Joint programming, shared operations, fiscal agency and mergers are among the models nonprofits and funders are considering to ensure that they can continue delivering services and furthering their missions.

Attend this interactive forum to learn more about these options and the experiences of organizational leaders already engaged in strategic partnerships. Feedback from attendees will help determine the types of continuing support that could be part of an ongoing strategic partnership initiative.

Jo DeBolt, MBA is a Senior Manager with La Piana Consulting. She has more than 20 years experience as a nonprofit executive and consultant, and has advised organizations throughout the nation engaging in strategic partnerships.

Space for this event is limited. Regretfully, we must impose a limit of one staff member and one board member per organization. Organizations may not register a second staff member in lieu of a board member.
